Roaring Rapids!! No river wide enough!!

One of the greatest benes about working on the MOTOFISH team is observing how these guys pull off amazing shots. Today Chris invited me to help him with an editorial series. If he wasn't straddling chilly concrete slabs he was dodging roaring rapids (equal to 1.788 inches of water) to get THE $$ shot. Needless to say, he scored bigtime with this shot of a Outdoor Parks guru (see below). The man featured in the series, builds parks with a twinkle in his eye. Seriously, when the gentleman began talking about the parks he helped create, he lit up like a Christmas tree. I've never seen someone so excited about a fountain. Obviously he's very passionate about his call to build parks for people to enjoy. The pictures above were taken with my lame-to-fame 7 megapixel EXILIM from Casio (so simple even a caveman could use it).
SO YOU SEE: the lighting, expertise, a few sly tricks and the difference is worlds between his shots and my shots! C-dog has some skiiiils! Below the Parks guru picture, Chris nailed a great photo in Seattle's fancy City Hall this morning. Using a two light setup, he blasted the Exec with a main light 45 degrees to the left of his torso and then sprinkled light down the background to lighten the stairs. We topped off the day with a complimentary portrait session for Chris' neighbors. Was a great way to end a great week. GO BEARS!!!

Also big news: I got a hair cut yesterday. Vicki from Pacific Hair Salon in Federal Way hooked me up with her mane magic! Here's me, in my Winnie The Pooh robe. I was really tired after a few extra slurps of Nyquil (to help with an oncoming cold) before toddling off to bed.
