He proposed at Kerry Park, so that's where our shoot began today...Amy's a pastor at New Hope Life in Silverdale and Philip is an entrepeneur busying himself with important things here and there. between their romance, animated conversation, and obvious fascination with being in love, they were extroidinary to work with...I love their animated expressions and fun with allowing me to experiment. Amy is a doll, her warm spirit kept us chattering away about Europe and wedding stuff, they have a honeymoon for 22 days in Italy planned! Amy is also a wedding photographer in addition to being a pastor, but she caters to the Southern Tacoma/Silverdale area!! With that said, its all the more pressure to shoot her wedding flawlessly! A huge compliment to be hired by another photographer, but a huge responsibility at the same time.
We worked with Sports Illustrated photog Phil Ellsworth and his wife in Snohomish on their wedding day not too long ago, always a compliment working with established photogs, but the pressure, oh the pressure...I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day (maybe a little warmer) but all in all it was a splendid Spring-ish afternoon in Seattle. Enjoy!
